I am Alexandria Joi Sparks. The Great Joy of Light is the literal translation of my name. From a young age, I aspired to do just that with my life. My sun is in Aries, my moon is in Scorpio, and my rising is in Leo. I graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, minor in French. I am the Co-Founder and Joy Analyst of Soul Much Joy, a Research Fellow at the CDC, and a Fashion Model based in Atlanta, GA. My life’s work is valor. I accomplish this by remaining strong in my mind and spirit so that when I face danger I can overcome it with courage. There is great power in accepting uncertainty. Life is uncertain and I am a master of uncertainty.

Through many dark seasons and a traumatic experience in 2019 where The Divine delivered me, I decided to live up to my name and seek Joy. Soul Much Joy is more than an organization; it's a lifestyle. Our Souls are our most resilient selves, uniquely created and gifted from The Divine. There is Soul Much in life to be grateful for. When we practice gratitude we become content with what we have and we open ourselves up to receive more than we can ever imagine. Joy is the only emotion we can have through everything, good or bad. I’ve lived on the dark side and it wasn’t until I wholeheartedly committed to the Light that I experienced true Joy. My prayer is that one day you too will be able to have true Joy through everything you may face and conquer.
